[OWASP-PORTAL] Guide Page wrong on Portal

In the Quick Link section of the new portal you point the Guide link to
this URL:

http://www.owasp.org/documentation/guide.html

which is wrong. It should point to this URL:

http://www.owasp.org/documentation/guide/guide_about.html

If I got it right, I am not able to do so myself.

I am sorry. I found the right place to change this (hopefully, please
check that I did nothing wrong :)
